Seating Plan

268 raked seats all with clear sight lines Our seating is unreserved so when you arrive at the theatre you can choose your own seats. If you have a specific seating request due to a disability or other reason please contact the box office on 01727 799565 and we will do our best to accomodate you.


Latecomers

We regret latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.


Parking

The school car park is available and free, but does get very busy. There are 2 main car parks, the first entered by the top gate (marked deliveries) the second entered by the main gate and an overflow car park round the back of the theatre. If the car park is totally full, please pull up outside the theatre entrance and the Duty Manager will be able to assist you.


Accessibility

The theatre can accomodate 2 wheelchairs per performance that are situated on the ground row at the front of the auditorium. Please contact the box office if you require one. If you have a different mobility or disaility that requires specific seating arrangements, please call the box office so we can accomodate your request. There are 2 disabled parking bays to the right of the theatre.


Babes in Arms

The SandPit Theatre encourages access for all, however, we would reccommend that parents or guardians do not bring infants less that 2 years of age into the auditorium. Should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below 2 years, they will need to be accomodated on the parent or guardian's lap as no seat will be allocated. There will be no charge for this. Children over the age of 2 should have a paid concession ticket or full price where no concessionary rate is offered.


Should the babe in arms become restless and cause a disturbance, the parent/guardian will be requested to leave the auditorium with the child. We reserve the right to not re-admit.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not given unless a performance is sold out except in extreme circumstances where it is at the discretion of the Theatre Manager. All refunds will be subject to a £1 charge.


If a performance is sold out, we offer a buy back system charged at a £1 fee where you can sell your tickets back to the theatre to be resold, but only in relation to the performance the tickets are for.


Postage

Postage is included on all bookings unless otherwise stated. Your tickets will be sent out to you via Second Class Royal Mail. Once they have been posted it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have received their tickets in good time. If you do not receive your tickets please call us on 01727 799565. You can also select that your tickets are held at Box Office for your collection. You can collect them any time during Box Office opening hours including up to just before the performance starts.


Performance Cancellation

If a performance is cancelled we will do our very best to contact you before the day of performance. Ticket refunds will depend on the circumstances.


Your Details

We do not share any personal details with any other party. Your name, address, phone number and email will be kept on file for our own records and for use in mailing out our brochure. These details are kept on a password protected PC which has limited access to staff only. All payments are taken in Sterling/GBP.
